§1 General

For all orders that you make via the website and for our deliveries and services, only the following general terms and conditions apply in their version valid at the time of the order. We do not recognize deviating provisions of the customer, unless we have agreed to your validity in writing.

We are not ready to take part in dispute settlement procedures before consumer arbitration boards.

§ 2 prices, contract conclusion, shipping costs, retention of title

Prices
All prices mentioned in this online shop include the statutory VAT. The prices relate to the articles shown in each case in accordance with the description, but not to content, accessories and decoration.

Only if there is a cross-border delivery can additional taxes (e.g. in the event of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or taxes (e.g. tariffs) to be paid from you, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.

As a consumer, you are asked to immediately check the goods for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage when delivered, and to inform the seller and the freight forwarder as soon as possible. Your warranty claims remain unaffected. As far as they are consumers, the risk of random loss and the random deterioration of the sold item only goes to them during the dispatch with the transfer of the goods, regardless of whether the dispatch is insured or uninsured.

Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the "Submit order" button, you cancel a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The seller reserves the right to only accept the offer if the product is availed. The confirmation of the start of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet represent a contract acceptance. We may accept your order through timely delivery of the goods.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and must be borne by you.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

§ 3 cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers in accordance with § 13 BGB.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we have to pay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is.

You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract, to send or hand over to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

Committee or revenue reasons for the right of withdrawal
The right of cancellation only exists in articles that have not been individualized or changed. With personalized products, the right of withdrawal expires.

§ 4 Warranty, limitation of liability

Warranty
Despite extensive controls, it cannot be completely ruled out that defects occur once in our products. In this case, we initially arrange for you within the two -year warranty period as part of the supplementary performance, a free repair (rectification) for you or the delivery of deficiency -free goods (subsequent delivery). If this measure remains unsuccessful, you can change the purchase contract (undo) or reduce (reduce the purchase price). The goods remain our property until full payment.
